All Cradiac bikes purchased must be registered in the portal under 'Register my bike'. Bikes purchased even from flipkart or Amazon or from retailers must be registered. Registration helps in claiming warranty and future communications.

When orders are cancelled, refunds to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking or Bank Accounts (NEFT) will be fully refunded within 7-10 days after we receive and process your return.

Coupons: Users can apply the coupon on the checkout page as applicable and the discounted amount will be updated and proceed with payment.

Bank offers: Bank offers will be specific to certain banks and those offers will be applied only during the payment. Bank discounts can be a percentage of total checkout amount or a flat amount. Based on the applicable offer, the amount will be adjusted during the checkout.
