Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Returns Policy

At cradiac, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that’s defective or was damaged during shipping, simply start the return process online within 7 days of delivery. Be sure the product is in its original, unused condition to qualify. Note that refunds may be denied if the item doesn’t meet our Return Policy criteria.

We stand behind the quality of our products and ensure they’re free from manufacturing defects. If you discover any issue with your item within 7 days, you can easily begin the return process on our website or get in touch with our customer care team for help. 

Return Pickup

After you request a return, we'll arrange a convenient pickup. Once your item arrives at our warehouse, it will go through a detailed inspection. If the return is approved, we’ll notify you by email, and your refund will be processed within 15 days. Should the return not meet our criteria, a member of our Customer Care team will reach out to assist you further.

Refunds

Refunds will be sent back to the original payment method within 15 days. However, the time it takes for the refund to show up in your account depends on your bank’s processing time, which we cannot control. For further details on this, please reach out to your bank.

If a returned item doesn’t meet our Return Policy guidelines, we reserve the right to decline the refund. For any questions or if you’re uncertain about your return eligibility, don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Care team.

Please note: since we do not accept cash on delivery payments, refunds will not be issued in cash or through demand drafts.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our Customer Care team right away. Damaged items reported within 7 days of delivery qualify for a full refund. Simply follow the return instructions we provide, and once we receive the item, we’ll inspect it to confirm the damage. Upon approval, we’ll process a refund for the item's purchase price.

Return Process

For any issues within 7 days of receiving your order, please reach out to our customer support at 18001230037. Ensure that all items are returned in their original, unused condition along with the invoice or warranty card included in the return package, as returns without these documents cannot be processed.

Please note: We are unable to accept return requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date.

Cancellation

Customers are welcome to cancel their orders at any time before it’s shipped. Once cancelled, the refund process begins immediately, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 15 days.

Exchange

If you receive an incorrect item, color, or variant, or if your order arrives damaged, please report the issue through Cradiac or reach out to our customer support within 7 days. For exchanges, we’ll arrange a return pickup, and once the returned item is confirmed, we’ll promptly send you the correct product. Please note, exchange requests made after the 7-day period won’t be accepted.
