Shipping Policy

All orders received on cardiac.com will be processed within 3 days and will be shipped post that. All orders will be shipped within 7 days from the day the order is placed. Currently, we deliver to all locations in India free of cost. Shipping will be carried out by trusted third-party partners. The expected delivery time for any location in India will be 7 to maximum 14 days. Due to any unforeseen circumstances or experiencing high volumes due to festivals, if we anticipate any delay in delivery, our support team will reach out to customers to update them about the delay. Once the product is shipped, an e-mail and SMS will be triggered to the customer about the status change. The tracking id and other shipment details can be checked in the ‘Orders’ section using which customers can track the shipment.
